Compensation & Bonuses (Designed to Attract YOU)
- Salary: $85,000 – $120,000/year (based on experience & caseload)
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
- Paid in milestones (e.g., 90 days + 6 months)
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $1,500
- Annual Retention Bonus: $2,000+
- CEU Stipend: $500/year
- Mileage Reimbursement

Your Role
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs/BTs
- Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming
- Maintain high-quality, insurance-compliant documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience with early intervention and/or clinic-based services preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in-person (hybrid schedule)
- Passion for ethical, high-quality ABA services
