Automotive Sales Manager

Automotive sales manager with experience in the automotive industry. Must prioritize customer service, motivate, inspire, and lead team members. Conduct meetings with performance-based objectives. Establish and nurture relationships with banks and brand managers. Must have an internal drive to learn new processes and excel in a performance-based environment. Helping maintain a culture of winning, and achieving monthly objectives.

Responsibilities:

Prioritize customer service
Motivate, inspire, and lead team
Hold meetings with performance-based objectives
Create and maintain relationships with banks and brand managers
Learn new processes and excel in a performance-based environment
Communicate with customers pre and post sale
Help with entire automotive transaction

Requirements:

Experience in the automotive industry
Strong focus on customer service
Effective leadership skills
Ability to set and achieve performance-based goals
Excellent relationship-building skills
Drive for continuous learning and improvement

Benefits:

Competitive compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year (paid weekly)
