Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehab/Med-Surg Float

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire
Contract: 13 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Varied Shifts
⏱️ Hours: 36 Hours/Week
EMR: EPIC

We're seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. The primary assignment will be on the Rehabilitation unit, with floating to Med-Surg when coverage is needed.

✅ Requirements
Active New Hampshire RN License
Minimum 3 years of Rehabilitation RN experience
Rehabilitation nursing experience required
Med-Surg nursing experience preferred due to floating requirements
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge preferred or must be completed before the end of orientation
CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training preferred or must be completed before the end of orientation
Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred
Ability to float between Rehabilitation and Med-Surg units as needed

Clinical Experience
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Rehabilitation unit
Float to Med-Surg based on staffing and patient-care needs
Develop and maintain individualized patient care plans
Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in clinical condition
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
Provide patient and family education
Communicate patient information through bedside shift reports, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding
Delegate appropriate aspects of care to nursing personnel and collaborate with nursing assistants
Participate in safety huddles, quality initiatives, and performance improvement activities
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established nursing standards
Serve as a preceptor and support new nurses when assigned
