Licensed Mental Health Therapist

PsycHelp Counseling & Psychiatry is a trusted mental health practice based in Naperville and Batavia, Illinois, offering both in-person care and convenient telehealth services across the state. Our mission is to provide expert, compassionate, and culturally responsive care, meeting individuals where they are—whether at home or in our welcoming office space. Our diverse team has an average of 15 years of professional experience, ensuring clients receive informed support for a wide range of therapeutic and psychiatric needs. With a multicultural and multilingual staff, we serve individuals from ages 3 to 103. Role Description This is a part-time 1099 role for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. There is an opportunity for interested clinicians to move to full-time positions over time. Full clinical licensure is a must. We offer an in-person/hybrid work option. The therapist's responsibilities include: managing their own schedule, including noting openings that we will fill for new clients providing our clients with compassionate, professional service-oriented care completing documentation (mental health assessments & progress notes) within 24 hours of service we are particularly in need of clinicians who have experience working with children and adolescents Qualifications LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist at least 3 years' experience with varied clientele We offer you a generous percentage-based reimbursement model daily billing and semi-monthly payroll a steady stream of client intakes new, comfortable office space, including a play therapy room "plug and play" technology - just bring your laptop, everything else is provided free monthly case consultation group in-house psychiatry for simplified coordination of care snacks and beverages available to team members daily Our IDEAL candidate is available late afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends is credentialed with major insurance companies (BCBS, UHC, Aetna, etc.) is credentialed in Illinois' IMPACT system for Medicaid is comfortable working with children, adolescents (we get a lot of referrals from schools), and adults has an established profile with Psychology Today #J-18808-Ljbffr
