About the role: We are currently looking for equipment operators to work at the McGuire Nuclear Station, located in Huntersville, NC. This is a local hire position and does not pay Perdiem or any relocation fees.

Qualifications: Must have the ability to be forklift qualified and maintain qualifications. (Various Forklifts, Stand and Reach, Motorize Pallet Jack, Ottawa operation and other moving equipment.) Must have the ability to operate the more complex and critical equipment associated with Material Handler Duties Complete Basic Rigging as required, (as applicable) Must Maintain RWT Qualifications and all required training. Be able to lift 50 lbs. (heavy lifting required from time to time.) Must have a valid State issued Driver's License Must have a valid Commercial Driver's Licens Basic Computer Skills Possess good oral and written communication. Ability to understand and follow oral and communications, technical requirements, procedures and directives associated with working at a nuclear power plant. Commitment to personal safety and industrial safety. Be assertive and self-motivated, with ability to work independently or with minimum over site. Must meet minimum education requirements, High School Diploma or equivalent... Significant material handling experience Pass a drug test Pass a security background check Valid drivers license

The hourly pay for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $20-30 per hour.
