You’ll Rock This Job If You Have: Education: High school diploma required; college coursework or a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Electronics, or related field) preferred. Experience: Customer service, inside sales, data entry, or similar experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers by email and phone, respond to questions, and provide accurate product and service information. Generate sales quotations and enter purchase orders into the company system; follow up on quotes and orders. Process requests from sales reps and distributors (e.g., literature, demos). Prepare and maintain reports and customer records as requested. Make cost-justifiable product recommendations based on customer needs. Become a product knowledge expert to assist customers and internal teams. Follow internal procedures and quality standards (including compliance with ISO 9001). Perform other duties as assigned.
