Investment Agent Opportunity

Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn the investment side of real estate while working alongside active investors and experienced agents in a fast-moving environment focused on real transactions and rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to build confidence speaking with sellers, identifying opportunities, and learning how investment-focused real estate works day to day.

You will learn how to source off-market properties, evaluate potential deals, and stay consistent with follow-up that helps move conversations forward. Through ongoing exposure to acquisition activity, you will build skills in seller communication, property analysis, negotiations, and contract conversations that support signed agreements and closed transactions.

You will learn through real activity, consistent collaboration, and structured systems that help create momentum over time. Working alongside experienced investors and agents, you will continue developing the confidence, instincts, and habits needed to operate within the investment side of real estate while building a long-term foundation in the business.

This path is a strong fit for someone who is driven, coachable, and motivated to grow through action and consistent exposure to real estate investing conversations and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Find acquisition properties
• Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
• Investment property lead generation
• Investment property lead follow-up
• Listing appointments
• Investment property buyer and seller sales
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research

Qualifications

• Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions
• Ability to learn and coachable
• Sales experience
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
