Patient Check-In Coordinator — One-Day Clinic | Manhattan | Sept. 17 | $20/hr

One weekday. A Midtown office. A welcoming face at check-in.

VitalCheck Wellness is hiring a Patient Check-In Coordinator for a corporate flu vaccination clinic on Thursday, September 17, 2026 . If you have experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support, your skills fit this role. Healthcare experience is welcome but not required.

The assignment

• Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026
• Scheduled hours: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: 425 Lexington Avenue, Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY — onsite
• Pay: $20 per hour
• Engagement: Per diem, independent contractor (1099)

This posting is for the September 17 clinic. You do not need to commit to a recurring weekly schedule; any additional clinic opportunities would be discussed separately.

What you will do

You will help employees move smoothly from arrival to their vaccination appointment, working alongside the nursing team.

• Welcome employees, check them in, and help them complete required forms.
• Keep paperwork and the check-in area organized.
• Direct employees to the appropriate nurse and help manage patient flow.
• Answer questions about check-in and logistics, and direct clinical questions to a nurse.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and protect confidential patient information.

This is a non-clinical position. No clinical license is required. You will not administer vaccines or perform medical procedures.

What you bring

• Experience in customer service, reception, front-desk work, administrative support, or another patient-facing role.
• A friendly, professional manner and clear communication.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
• Reliability and availability for the full September 17 schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
