HVAC Service Coordinator - Service Division

Location: Must be local to the Nashville, TN area

Compensation: Up to $60,000 base + benefits

Position Type: Full-Time


A leading mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Coordinator to support their growing HVAC division. This position plays a critical role in scheduling, coordinating service calls, and keeping communication seamless between the field and office teams.


Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently
  
  
• Coordinate routine and emergency service calls
  
  
• Track work orders, technician availability, and parts needed
  
  
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians and clients
  
  
• Assist with quoting, invoicing, and service follow-ups as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in HVAC, Service Coordination, Dispatch, Customer Service, or Accounting
  
  
• HVAC or refrigeration system knowledge is a strong plus
  
  
• Highly organized with clear and professional communication skills
  
  
• Familiar with service dispatch software or job tracking systems
  
  
• Must be local to the Nashville area and available for in-office work
