Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in PLM or Kinaxis upgrade projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver high-impact projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage upgrade projects for PLM or Kinaxis systems within a pharmaceutical/life sciences environment.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and external vendors.
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports.
Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure project deliverables meet compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
Manage vendor relationships, project governance, and budgets effectively.
Mitigate risks and resolve issues to maintain project delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Hands-on experience leading PLM or Kinaxis upgrade projects.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes and systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or similar project management certification.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
