- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) preferred. May consider Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Dementia Practitioner preferred or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in long-term care or memory care programming as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or other discipline as noted above.
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shift Needed: Weekdays and Occasional Evenings
