Service Coordinator: Flexible Hours & After-Hours Support
Lakes Regional Community Center
Lakes Regional Community Center is seeking a Service Coordinator to assess and verify service coordination needs and oversee planning, referrals, monitoring, and advocacy for consumers. The role requires after-hours flexibility, frequent contact with consumers, families, and providers, and a commitment to helping individuals with IDD access needed services.
