• Patient Volume: 47K annual volume
• Specialties: cardiology, oncology, neurology, obstetrics, orthopedics, urology, wound care and bariatrics
• Coverage Model: 48 hour physician coverage - 12 hour shifts; 22-34 hours NP/PA coverage - 10-12 hour shifts
• Number of Beds: 38 bed ED
• EMR: Cerner
• Ambient/AI Scribe licenses included for full-time Clinicians

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Texas Medical License and DEA
• Board Certification: Board Certified ABEM
• Badges: ACLS, and PALS required. ATLS once in career.

About Laredo Medical Center: Laredo Medical Center is home to a 26,000 square-foot emergency room (ER) that includes 38 private treatment rooms that offer bedside registration, flat screen TVs, access to designated bathrooms and a shower, a specialized gynecology exam room, in-house lab for quick turnaround results and an in-house radiology unit with all digital equipment. Laredo Medical Center is an Accredited Chest Pain Center Level v6 with Primary PCI to diagnose and care for people with heart attack symptoms.
