We are hiring for a Vice President & General Manager in Temple, Texas.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced manufacturing executive to take 40,000 square feet of open space and turn it into a modern, high-performing manufacturing operation.

������ Help design and launch a 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility

������ Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 50+ employees

⚙️ Influence equipment selection, automation, layout, workflow, and capital investment

������ Build the operating system, KPIs, accountability structure, and continuous-improvement culture

������ Own plant-level financial performance and operating results

������ Join an organization with strong customer demand, executive sponsorship, and significant growth ahead

Most importantly, you'll have the authority to shape the facility, the team, and the way the operation runs —not simply manage decisions someone else already made.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This opportunity is designed for a builder .

Someone who can walk the plant floor in the morning, work through production and capacity issues with the team, and sit down with the President later that day to discuss capital, performance, strategy, and growth.

You'll likely bring:

✔️ 15+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations leadership

✔️ Experience building, launching, relocating, or significantly expanding a manufacturing operation

✔️ Strong experience in sheet metal fabrication, metal fabrication, welding, industrial equipment, HVAC/ductwork, process equipment, or engineered products

✔️ Experience recruiting and building both salaried and hourly teams

✔️ A practical command of lean manufacturing, production planning, quality systems, constraint management, and continuous improvement

✔️ The ability to lead with high standards, low ego, and genuine respect for people
