This position requires a commitment to completing the necessary training for a PPO license, which is essential for your advancement within the company. If you already possess a PPO license, that will be considered a significant advantage.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide a professional and visible security presence at assigned locations.* Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.* Manage access control and monitor surveillance systems.* Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.* Assist in training and mentoring junior security staff.* Draft incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities.* Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.**Requirements:*** A valid California Security Guard License is required.* Willingness to complete the necessary course for obtaining a PPO license.* Previous experience in a supervisory or security role is preferred.* Strong communication and leadership skills.* Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.**Working Conditions:*** This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.* Shifts may include days, evenings, and weekends based on operational needs.* Competitive pay will be offered based on experience.**How to Apply:**Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes along with contact information.
