A caseload that helps ensure work/life balance Reduced administrative obligations such as credentialing, marketing, and insurance billing Access to educational material suited for continuing education credits To be a part of a community, a family, a place where fun is expected and laughter is your language Some Necessary Requirements Have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Be a master's-level supervisee or resident working toward licensure, with the ability to practice independently, or a full VA clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience in completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes -- although we help train early career therapists in this! Be effective in written and verbal communication skills Be able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly Have experience and comfort in working with diverse populations Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Experience with children, adolescents, and young adults Proficient in the use of standard office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant a plus) Ability to pass a background check We hire people passionate about making changes in the mental health community.
