STIBO Developer
We are seeking a STIBO Developer to support and maintain STIBO MDM applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issue resolution, application support, customer communication, and maintenance activities while ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and resolve application issues through closure.
- Manage customer escalations and provide timely updates.
- Perform application maintenance and support activities.
- Communicate outages, maintenance schedules, and job failures to stakeholders.
- Participate in customer calls and provide technical support.
- Monitor application performance and ensure service stability.
Required Skills:
- Experience with STIBO STEP MDM development/support.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in application support and maintenance.
- Ability to work in an onsite customer-facing environment.
