Locations Available: Bexley 3Five Bexley SoCo What We Offer Starting at $20/hour (higher rates available based on experience) Quarterly Bonus Program $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Apartment Rent Discount Paid Holidays Birthday Off Vacation & Sick Time Employee Assistance Program 401(k) with Company Match Schedule Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotating schedule with your team) Sundays: Closed What You'll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community and play an important role in helping people find a place they'll love to call home. In this role, you'll: Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours Build relationships with current and future residents Help guide applicants through the leasing process Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives Support daily office operations and administrative tasks Work with your team to achieve leasing and customer service goals No two days are exactly alike, making this a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding career. Who We're Looking For You don't need leasing experience—but you do need the right attitude. You'll be successful if you are: Friendly, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people Passionate about providing exceptional customer service A strong communicator, both in person and in writing Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Positive, dependable, and adaptable Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed A true team player who is always willing to help Many of our most successful Leasing Consultants came from retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, fitness, customer service, and other people-focused industries. What to Expect This is an active, people-first role—not a desk job. You'll spend your days: Touring apartments and walking the community Inspecting homes before move-in Meeting with residents and prospective residents Working both indoors and outdoors Collaborating with a high-performing team Occasionally assisting with resident events or weather-related community needs We work hard, support one another, and celebrate success together.
