About the Role

Hi, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Colorado Springs, CO to support students through a school-based Assistive Technology Department. Experience with assistive technology and speech-generating devices is preferred.

This is a great opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping students find their voice, strengthen their communication skills, and gain greater independence through specialized technology. You’ll collaborate with school teams to help students access the communication tools they need to participate, learn, and thrive in the classroom!

What You’ll Do

• Support students using assistive technology and speech-generating devices
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to support student communication
• Help implement communication strategies and support student progress
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with families and school staff

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Experience with assistive technology and speech-generating devices strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
