Airbnb Associate Job Title: Airbnb Associate Job Type: Part-Time / Contract Location: Washington, DC Job Description: P.E.E.C.E. LLC manages several Airbnb properties throughout the DC area. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented associate to service our Airbnb properties between guest stays. The ideal candidate is punctual, efficient, and takes pride in delivering a spotless, welcoming environment. This job requires up to 5 days, 3-6 hours per day, between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize all rooms, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and common areas Change bed linens, wash linens and towels, and restock essentials (toiletries, paper products, etc.) Take out trash and recycling Sweep front and back entry stairs as needed Report damages or missing items Complete the supply checklist and notify us of any necessary supplies or repairs Reset door code as needed Ensure the space meets Airbnb’s cleanliness standards and is guest-ready at all times Qualifications: Prior cleaning or hospitality experience preferred Attention to detail and strong work ethic Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams Detail-oriented with skills in organization, time management, and multitasking Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively Physical Requirements: Ability to lift (e.g., 10–20 lbs) Ability to Stand for extended periods, bending, climbing stairs Working in multiple properties per day Transportation Expectations: Reliable transportation Ability to travel between multiple properties per day. Supplies & Equipment Company provided cleaning supplies, tools, and protective gear Scheduling This job requires up to 5 days, 3-6 hours per day, between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm.
