Sales Massage Envy Job Description:

The role of a Sales & Customer s associate at Massage Envy involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at helping clients understand the benefits of regular massages, skin care and stretch, Key Responsibilities include establishing relationships with members and guest, connecting clients with relationships-built, scripts and customer service. The position also offers a competitive compensation plan, including commission and incentive plans on membership and retail sales, as well as a dynamic environment for growth and refinement of sales and customer service skills.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-day:

• Over the phone and in-person customer service interactions
• Presenting and SELLING the wellness program (maintain 30% sales closing)
• Scheduling appointments and upselling enhancements and retail products
• Manage inventory processes
• Building empathetic relationships and connections with clients & co-workers
• Accepting constructive feedback in a professional manner that promotes growth
• Demonstrating and maintaining knowledge of all current service offerings and promotions
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
