The marine industry is going electric and Arc is building the platform that powers it.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone fired up by the mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you move fast, take ownership, and care about the details.This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.What You'll DoAssembling and disassembling electric powertrain systems and instrumentationAdvising on the design of assemblies, components, and testingSetting up and utilizing test equipment, including digital multimeters, HIPOT machines, and power suppliesPerforming component assembly inspections and complete documentationContributing to improving workshop standards, protocols, and processesMinimum QualificationsProficiency using mechanical and electric hand toolsExperience in building and troubleshooting electromechanical systems, including electric motors, batteries, sensors, electronics, controls, and pneumaticsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and product data sheetsAbility to:Stand for extended periods (6-10 hours per day)Lift up to 50 lbs.Work extended hours as needed to meet production demandsBonus QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPrior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing settingExperience with welding, composites, or interiorsAt Arc, we encourage diversity and consider all qualified applicants equally for employment, regardless of background, identity, or status.
