Serving as a front line presence, this position supports daily operations through security monitoring, customer service, and emergency response while helping protect people, property, and the overall tenant experience.**Duties & Responsibilities*** Conduct routine patrols of the property* Monitor security cameras and access points* Greet visitors and assist tenants with access or inquiries* Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies* Escort vendors and unlock authorized areas as needed* Document incidents, patrols, and observations* Coordinate with property management and emergency responders## Qualifications**Education & Training*** High school diploma or equivalent required* Security training or certification preferred* First Aid and CPR certification preferred* Prior experience in security, customer service, or law enforcement preferred**Knowledge, Skills & Experience*** Strong customer service and interpersonal skills* Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures* Ability to remain calm, professional, and observant in high pressure situations* Strong attention to detail and written documentation skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
