Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients with a 2:1 patient ratio.
• Titrate vasoactive and inotrope medications effectively to manage patient conditions.
• Perform procedures such as intubation, and central and arterial line placement.
• Administer care to patients with chest tubes and monitor telemetry.
• Utilize GE monitors, Hamilton Bipaps, Puritan ventilators, and Meditech Expanse documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary bedside shift reports and maintain MyCare board updates.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Certification in ACLS and BLS.
• Strong telemetry and critical care skills with prior ICU experience.
• Ability to titrate vasoactive and inotrope medications and manage chest tubes.
• Experience with temporary pacing and Swan-Ganz catheter preferred.
• Proficiency in using GE monitors and Puritan ventilators is a plus.
