Requirements:

• Current, valid licensure as a LVN or RN in the state of practice is required
• Wound Care Certification is preferred
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred
• Management/Supervisory experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal skills required
