This position involves preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, and engaging positively with residents to enhance their overall experience. Educational Requirements and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of seniors. Must pass a background check and adhere to health and safety regulations.
