Responsibilities Prepare and cook a high-quality breakfast offering to consistent standards Manage your section efficiently and keep the kitchen organised, clean and service-ready Support with basic prep for the wider kitchen team where required Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain smooth, timely breakfast service If you’re a morning person with a passion for fresh, quality cooking and enjoy working in a beautiful coastal setting, we’d love to hear from you.
