Salary: $18.00-$21.00
Building Blocks Learning Center partners with local school districts to provide high-quality Before and After School Enrichment Programsthat support students' academic and social development.
We are currently seekingdedicated and energetic Teachers to join our team! Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in children's lives outside of regular school hours.
When you join our team as an Enrichment Program Teacher you will:
- Provide a safe and structured environment that stimulates and nurtures a young student's mind
- Create weekly lesson plans using our innovative curriculum
- Build positive relationships through communication with employees, students, parents and community
- Conduct Parent/Teacher Conferences 2 times a year
Qualifications
- Associate's (Minimum) or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with children
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment
