Customer Success Manager - Full or Part-Time Location: Remote, U.S.-based (East Coast and Central Time Zones preferred for alignment with team working hours) Key Responsibilities Support clients through onboarding and ensure they are successfully using the platform Provide customer support via Zoom calls, live chat, email, and troubleshooting Identify, negotiate and close expansion deals within existing customer base Manage check-ins with enterprise customers to drive renewals Experience in writing content and copy preferred. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfort level with video calls and written communication. Experience in construction field are preferred but not required. Bilingual skills are preferred. Pay and Benefits Full-time or Part-time, W-2 Employment Salary: $66,500-$80,000 base salary, with high performers able to earn above that through bonuses and overtime. Benefits include a flexible 32-hour work week (four-day work week), remote work, and paid time off.
