Essential Job Functions:
  • Represent the company's values - Positive, Passionate, and Professional!
  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve residential HVAC emergencies.
  • Perform routine HVAC system inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of time worked, tasks completed, and materials used.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed promptly and correctly.
  • Keep customers informed about the work process and timeline.
  • Learn the ins and outs of product features and benefits.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling purchase orders and recycling materials.
  • Maintain well-stocked equipment in your vehicle for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and service.
  • Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to sell home services and drive sales.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
  • Take pride in going the extra mile for our customers.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including active listening and relationship-building.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen .
Experience & Education:
  • At least one year of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or repair.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
  • $80,000 - $180,000 annually (Performance-based).
