JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Pennsylvania Medical License Required

Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

Certifications: ACLS and PALS Required

Experience: Two years of experience preferred

Other Qualifications:

Must be comfortable taking occasional weekday night call (3:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

Must be proficient in regional (nerve block) anesthesia for a high volume orthopedic service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties in a hospital setting.

Administer general, regional, spinal, and monitored anesthesia care.

Perform regional nerve blocks using ultrasound-guided techniques.

Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs while maintaining a 1:3 supervision ratio.

Participate in scheduled day shifts, 16-hour call coverage, and occasional weekday night call as needed.
