As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. Job Description Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning, and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost-effective and meet business requirements. Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhances system productivity as needed. Provides senior-level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results. Analyzes, defines, and documents clients' requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges as necessary. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education Bachelor's degree required. Certifications No required certifications, but CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is preferred. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $77,000 - $105,000. Salaries may vary based on location, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on performance.
