Violet Valet is seeking polished, outgoing, and dependable Restroom Greeters / Hospitality Attendants to join our growing New York City hospitality team.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Violet Valet provides professional guest services for hotels, corporate events, luxury venues, nightlife establishments, private events, and large-scale productions throughout New York City.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in creating an excellent guest experience, and understands that exceptional hospitality is often found in the smallest details.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Restroom Greeter, you will serve as a welcoming and professional presence for guests while helping ensure the restroom area remains organized, presentable, properly supplied, and operating according to venue standards.

You are not simply stationed at a restroom—you are part of the overall guest experience and are expected to represent both Violet Valet and our venue partners professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include:

• Warmly greeting and acknowledging guests
• Providing courteous and professional guest assistance
• Maintaining a polished and welcoming restroom environment
• Monitoring restroom conditions throughout the shift
• Checking that essential restroom supplies remain stocked
• Promptly notifying the appropriate venue staff when supplies, maintenance, or additional attention is needed
• Helping maintain orderly guest flow during high-volume periods
• Keeping the attendant station neat, organized, and professional
• Following all Violet Valet and venue-specific procedures
• Communicating professionally with guests, managers, security, housekeeping, and other venue personnel
• Remaining attentive and present at the assigned station throughout the shift

• Able to remain professional in busy nightlife and event environments
• Able to follow instructions and venue-specific procedures
• Comfortable working independently while remaining part of a larger hospitality team
• Available for evening, weekend, holiday, and late-night shifts when required

Previous hospitality, hotel, nightlife, restaurant, event, concierge, customer-service, or guest-service experience is preferred but not required for candidates with the right professionalism and attitude.

SCHEDULING

Violet Valet services multiple venues and events throughout New York City.

Opportunities may include:

• Regular weekly venue assignments
• Private events

• Special events and large-scale productions

Schedules vary based on venue and client needs, and some positions may include late-night hours.
