Loan Servicing & Flood Compliance Specialist
Columbia Bank
Columbia Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing professional to manage flood compliance reviews and ensure adherence to federal regulations. You will evaluate properties as loan collateral and establish flood insurance obligations while coordinating cross‑collateral reviews. Role requires 4–7 years in advanced loan servicing, strong analytical and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with Word, Excel and loan servicing systems.
