Associate Actuary - UL Valuation

Senior Individual Contributor RoleSenior individual contributor role focused on GAAP LDTI valuation for Universal Life (UL) products at Transamerica, a major life insurer. You will lead implementation, analyze quarterly results, and review model changes. This hybrid role is based in Cedar Rapids, Baltimore, Philadelphia, or Denver and is ideal for an FSA/ASA with deep life insurance and AXIS experience.Key RequirementsFSA or ASA with 5–8+ years of relevant experienceDeep knowledge of life insurance products (UL preferred)Proficient in AXIS modelling (strongly preferred)Strong analytical and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related fieldTools: Excel Power BI Alteryx Domain: UL life insurance products GAAP LDTI reporting AXIS modelling Acturhire
