As a Yard Supervisor at Jindal Pipe, you'll have a multifaceted role overseeing various aspects of operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Here's a breakdown of responsibilities and skills associated with this position:

1. **Inventory Management**: You'll be responsible for managing inventory levels of pipes in the yard. This involves keeping track of incoming and outgoing shipments, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy, and optimizing storage space.

2. **Team Supervision**: Leading a team of yard workers, you'll assign tasks, provide training, and ensure that everyone follows safety protocols and procedures. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for motivating and guiding your team.

3. **Quality Control**: Inspecting pipes for quality defects and ensuring that they meet industry standards is crucial. You'll need a keen eye for detail and knowledge of pipe specifications and quality requirements.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Safety should be a top priority in any industrial setting. You'll enforce safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in the pipe yard business
• Must be able to life 50lbs
• Have supervisor experience
• Able to interview and start immediately
• Able to pass a drug test
• OT is available
