Job Overview Lakeshore Village Nursing & Rehab is searching for a Physical Therapist to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high quality resident care and supporting staff while upholding the company's values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and results. Daily Pay Available Daily Pay Available. Physical Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate a Resident’s condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan. Help Residents improve their mobility. Assist Residents with tasks and monitor performance. Inform Residents about recovery stages and how to handle each situation. Maintain resident confidence and keep information confidential. Supervise physical therapy assistants when required. Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols. Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Contribute to inter‑disciplinary team efforts in resident care. Note: This description may change at any time with or without notice. Physical Therapist Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current and active PT license or registration in the state of employment. Experience with geriatric patients is a plus. Completion of orientation required by company policy. Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment. Familiarity with and compliance to all local, state, and federal regulations. Provide satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three (3) days of hire.
