We're looking for an Employee Relations Analyst who will serve as a trusted advisor to our leaders, guiding them on employee relations best practices and helping us cultivate an environment of fairness, accountability, and growth for all coworkers.

Note: This role is primarily conducted over the phone, supporting leaders and coworkers across multiple locations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Employee Relations Analyst, you'll support employee relations across the organization—intaking concerns, documenting cases, assisting investigations, and helping leaders apply policies fairly and consistently. You'll play a critical role in strengthening our workplace culture while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance. Your day-to-day will include:

• Coaching leaders across the organization to ensure employment decisions align with our mission, values, and all relevant employment laws
• Leading or supporting thorough, objective workplace investigations involving employee complaints, policy violations, or other workplace concerns—including documentation, analysis, and well-reasoned resolution recommendations
• Providing thoughtful coaching and guidance to leaders and coworkers to navigate performance issues, interpersonal conflict, and workplace challenges
• Designing and implementing fair, effective, and consistent employee relations strategies
• Ensuring consistent application of company policies and full adherence to local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, Title VII, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Sociology, Psychology, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of general HR, social work, or leadership experience (2+ years with direct employee relations preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA, etc.)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—confident with sensitive conversations and able to build trust
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Customer-first mindset and high emotional intelligence
• Solid judgment and time management skills, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a sharp eye for detail
