Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care, Havre, Montana, United States — Start 06/17/2026 for an 8-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Rotating shift schedule with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Weekly pay range: $1,588 to $1,740. Employment type: Travel - Temporary Assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Under the direction of the Unit Manager, participate in assessing, planning and implementing resident care to support the nursing philosophy and patient needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the direction of the Unit Manager
- Assess, plan and implement resident care according to care plans and policies
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor for adverse effects and report changes promptly
- Monitor resident status, document care, vital signs and interventions accurately
- Collaborate with the nursing team and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care
- Ensure resident safety, comfort and quality of life; respond promptly to needs and call lights

Requirements
- Active Montana license to practice as an LPN or RN (current MT LPN or RN license)
- Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program
- Ability to learn and retain pertinent information
- Must have a current telephone number on file
- In-state MT travelers will not be considered unless located more than 250 miles from Havre
