We are currently searching for our newest Clinical Pharmacist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Location: Clearwater, FL Status: Full time, exempt Shift: Variable On Call: No Clinical Responsibilities The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs. Certifications and Licensure Required: Pharmacist Licensure - State of FL Preferred: Completion of an ASHP Accredited Pharmacy Residency Requirements Required: Bachelor’s Degree; PharmD preferred Preferred: Acute Care experience Required: Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
