Schedule Options
4‑day work week (4x10‑hour days) – Hours: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
OR traditional 5‑day schedule (8‑hour days) – Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
No weekends required
Compensation
- 50,620 – $55,619.20 (Provisional License: LMSW / PLPC)
- 56,120 – $61,110.40 (Fully Licensed: LCSW / LPC)

About the Role
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide counseling services to children, adults, and families with a wide range of needs—from life transitions to more complex mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
You'll use evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) while working alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team. Caseload: Typically 80‑85 clients (supported by dedicated administrative staff to reduce non‑clinical workload).
What You’ll Do
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers
Participate in team meetings and case consultations
Follow up on missed appointments to support client engagement
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, or LPC (or eligible new graduates encouraged to apply)
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a mental‑health setting
Valid driver's license or State ID for current State of residence
