Physical Therapist

Stellar Senior Living seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to support residents in our senior living community. You will assess mobility, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life. Working closely with nursing and care teams, you’ll provide education on fall prevention and home exercise, document progress in EMR, and help shape a positive, growth-focused environment.
