Family Nurse Practitioner
We are actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a Federally Qualified Healthcare System in Schenectady, NY.

The Position : We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner. Your package would include a very competitive salary of $115,000 to $125,000 depending on experience.
- 4 Weeks PTO
- Incentive Bonus up to $3500 Per Quarter

Requirements:
- Current New York License Required
- Performing Health Assessments
- Treatment and Care Coordination
- Patient Education
- Community Connections
- Some Telehealth and Home Visits (Rare)
Responsibilities:
- Monday- Friday – Flexible Hours
- 20 to 25 Patients per day
- Full Support Staff
