Temporary Social Media Strategy Lead

Title: Temporary Social Media Strategy Lead Industry: Fashion/Retail Location: New York, NY Duration: ASAP – March 2027 Responsibilities Define and evolve our client's global social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, consumer, and business objectives. Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps that identify opportunities to accelerate growth, engagement, customer acquisition, and loyalty. Partner with global and regional teams to establish strategic priorities, success metrics, and investment frameworks. Serve as a thought leader on emerging consumer trends, platform innovation, and the evolving social, creator, and commerce landscape. Analyze campaign, platform, and channel performance to identify optimization opportunities and inform future investment decisions. Requirements 8+ years of experience in social media strategy, management consulting, or related fields. Prior consulting experience strongly preferred, with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, and executive‑level recommendations. Proven ability to develop growth strategies and scale new opportunities from concept through execution. Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging data to inform business decisions and investment priorities. Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, social commerce, consumer trends, and emerging technologies.
