Responsibilities Own annual revenue, margin, and accounts receivable goals for assigned enterprise-level clients Build, strengthen, and expand long-term relationships with key customer decision-makers Develop and execute comprehensive annual account plans aligned with both client goals and Nextech’s business objectives Act as the primary liaison, ensuring exceptional communication between clients and Nextech’s internal operations and service teams Partner with Sales Operations to manage and support contract renewals and RFP processes Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and broaden service adoption Assess evolving customer needs and deliver tailored, high-impact HVAC/R solutions that enhance partnership value Oversee account billing and collections to optimize cash flow and ensure financial health across your portfolio Represent Nextech with professionalism, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to safety, integrity, and customer success Benefits Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays to recharge and balance life outside of work Opportunities for career advancement in America’s largest HVAC/R service organization Continuous professional development and leadership training programs A collaborative culture centered on safety, customer satisfaction, and integrity The strength and stability of a growing company with over 30 years of proven success USD $75,000.00 per year USD $100,000.00 per year Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 5–7+ years of experience managing large regional or enterprise accounts Proven success in contract negotiation, forecasting, and budgeting Strong relationship-building and client management background Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, GoldMine, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills Knowledge of HVAC/R or construction/service industries preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational initiatives across teams Willingness to travel up to 30% Ability to work in office environment remotely Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer Ability to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours Ability to alternate between sitting and standing as needed throughout the day Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching Rarely requires climbing #J-18808-Ljbffr
