Growth opportunity: Opportunity to help develop the local surveying capability. Job Details Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in surveying or related field. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in South Carolina. Professional experience performing land surveying. Strong knowledge of boundary surveying principles and practices. Experience interpreting deeds, plats, easements, and property records. Ability to oversee field and office surveying operations. Strong technical and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and interact directly with clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading survey crews. Experience with ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. Land development experience. Experience supporting civil engineering or transportation projects. Familiarity with South Carolina surveying regulations and requirements.
