Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager based in New Jersey, USA. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, execution and reporting of various digital marketing channels. This position will also be responsible for managing digital assets, site updates, promotional alignment across all digital channels and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing on test concepts focused on localized efforts and targeting key segments, allowing us to extract maximum value in our Real-Time Marketing efforts by continuously deploying A/B and multivariate testing. Responsibilities Produce quality work and fulfill all tasks and projects in a timely manner Support execution and management across digital channels: Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Affiliate, Paid Social and/or Display Drive personalization using CRM database to tailor messages by segment and marketing channel Analyze revenue and new customer acquisition performance Analyze search trends to inform website team of specific search terms and volumes Monitor performance and recommend changes as needed Ability to develop, manage and analyze on channel reporting Work with analytics team on ongoing reporting needs Act as an cross functional liaison and ensure latest promotional updates are received and clearly communicate updates immediately to external partners, while ensuring reflecting accordingly across all digital channels Assist cross functionally on the development of assets, including submitting creative briefs Collaborate with the digital team as well as marketing, creative, operations, IT, legal, and other internal key stakeholders to develop and implement tactics and support online marketing activities Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field Minimum of 1-3 years in digital marketing, experience in software products preferred Skills and Behaviors Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, relating to the tech industry Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite Proficient in content creation tools like Canva and proficient in SEO, SMM tools like Semrush Experience in Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture, Adwords, etc) Meticulous organization, self-motivated with a flexible approach to the work required Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, teamwork and relationship building Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr Datagainservices
