Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $115.00

What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to coordinate patient care
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans for inmates
• Perform regular rounds in housing units to monitor mental health and adjustment
• Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Gather and share information with staff to support patient care and behavior management
• Address mental health needs in various housing areas, including segregation units

What You Need:

• Valid license or board eligibility (licensed Psychologist preferred)
• Experience in mental health assessment and counseling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a correctional health setting
• BLS certification meeting facility requirements or pending attestation

About the Assignment:

This position involves providing professional mental health care at a secure correctional facility. The Psychologist will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support inmates' mental health needs throughout the duration of the contract.
