Training Specialist – LTSS Location : Nashville, Tennessee Hybrid Work : Requires 1–2 days in office per week with flexibility for virtual work. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance unless accommodations are granted per law. Responsibilities : Facilitate performance‑based learning events for associates, management, and clinical staff. Deliver synchronous and asynchronous training using varied media in virtual and in‑person environments. Apply rapid course development methodologies to meet business needs. Manage classroom situations, evaluate learner performance, and report issues to management and LTSS leadership. Measure, track, and evaluate learning effectiveness. Apply global perspective on adult learning and cultural differences to enhance learner outcomes. Maintain up‑to‑date technical skills. Travel to worksite and other locations as required. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of training experience, or equivalent education and experience. Four years of clinical or sales experience or required certification/license in the field. Previous international training experience may be required. Preferred Skills and Experience : Experience with Facets, HIP Product (HIP 2.0), TMV, MACESS, ACMP preferred. Knowledge of TennCare MCO Contract, HCBS Final Rule, Person‑Centered Planning, NF diversion and transition processes, risk assessment, and care planning preferred. CHOICES Care Coordinator, Support Coordinator, RN, LBSW/LMSW, or equivalent LTSS experience preferred. Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Education, or Public Health preferred. Experience developing and facilitating adult learning programs preferred.
