The role of Plant Manager is critical in overseeing all operations within the manufacturing facility. This position entails managing production, procurement, personnel, and customer support, while ensuring optimal plant performance. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, inventory management, and safety protocols. This role requires a strong leader who can navigate the complexities of manufacturing operations and foster a collaborative environment. Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 / Year DOE

Plant Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all manufacturing operations
• Oversee purchasing and procurement
• Conduct vendor negotiations
• Handle work order management
• Maintain inventory management
• Administer MRP/ERP systems
• Lead personnel management, including hiring and performance reviews
• Provide customer service and technical support
• Administer warranty processes
• Plan and manage budgets
• Ensure safety compliance
• Coordinate production planning
• Own and execute projects
• Collaborate with the sales team

Plant Manager Requirements:

• Manufacturing lead experience; Plant and production management required
• Procurement and purchasing experience
• Understanding of BOMs and MRP systems
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery manufacturing; Agricultural equipment manufacturing experience is preferred
• Vendor negotiation skills
• Procurement leadership experience is preferred
• Customer service and warranty experience is preferred
• Manufacturing engineering background is preferred
